With over a decade of artistic activity, Naomi Azoulay is a dedicated portrait artist committed to exploring new and innovative ways of self-expression.

Through the versatile mediums of paper collage and figurative painting, Azoulay addresses crucial social justice issues, advocating for the strength and agency of her sitters while championing the powerful perspective of the female gaze. 

Her work fosters meaningful conversations around the representation of diversity in art, emphasising the vital importance of inclusivity. 

Grounded in an intuitive decision-making process, Azoulay’s art practice unfolds across expansive canvases, where vibrant colours and substantial layers of oil paint serve as powerful tools for storytelling. 

Azoulay seeks to forge connections and empower individuals by narrating personal stories, creating a body of work that resonates both visually and emotionally.
